Bean Salad

What you need:


1 can chickpeas (or your favorite beans)
1 can fava beans
1/4 red onion (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt pepper (to taste)
½ tsp cumin
Fresh parsley, mint, or cilantro (to taste)

🥄 Quick prep:

Mix everything in a bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes. Adjust salt and herbs to your liking. Done.
