1 can chickpeas (or your favorite beans)
1 can fava beans
1/4 red onion (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt + pepper (to taste)
½ tsp cumin
Fresh parsley, mint, or cilantro (to taste)
