
Ingredients
½ cup hummus
Cucumber slices
Carrot slices
Other vegetable slices
Kale or collard green leaves
½ avocado, sliced
2 Tbsp seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, or hemp seeds)
½ cup sprouts
Directions
- To assemble the wrap, lay the kale or collard green flat on the countertop. Spread hummus all over the base of the wrap.
- Once finished layering all the vegetables and seeds on the wrap, fold in the outer sides of the wrap and roll to enclose all the items within the wrap, and enjoy!
