Dairy Free Homemade Ice Cream

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Guilt Free!

Ice cream doesn’t have to be all milk and sugar. Bananas make for a great alternative when prepared for an amazing treat. This recipe serves two.

Ingredients:

2 bananas, sliced thinly

1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

Directions:

2 bananas thinly sliced should be spread out on a plate and placed in the freezer for 1 hour.

Place frozen bananas, cocoa powder, and almond butter into the blender and blend until desired ‘ice cream’ texture.
